Refund policy
At T Silver Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a break due to a craftsmanship defect, we will gladly repair it. All repair requests must be submitted for review, and T Silver Co. reserves the right to determine whether the damage is the result of a craftsmanship defect or normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or other causes.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items in for repair unless otherwise approved by T Silver Co.
